ABOUT KACHURA
Dr. Junaid Haroon built Kachura Capital Ventures after realizing income alone doesn't secure stability. As a physician working 80-hour weeks, he faced the same questions as many of his peers: how to protect family stability, reduce reliance on a paycheck, and build lasting independence.
His early investments taught him what works—and what to avoid. Today, he shares that experience with other professionals who want disciplined, approachable, and peer-driven guidance into passive investing.

No. Many of our investors are taking their first steps outside traditional savings and retirement accounts. Kachura opportunities are passive — you invest, and the management is handled for you.
Primarily multifamily real estate and oil and gas partnerships. Real estate offers stability and long-term growth, while oil and gas can deliver cash flow and tax advantages. Both are structured to be fully passive for investors.
Active investing means being a landlord: chasing tenants, fixing repairs, managing debt. For busy professionals, that often becomes another full-time job. Passive investing with Kachura lets you participate in larger opportunities without the burden of management.
Each opportunity has a defined minimum, typically in the tens of thousands. The intent is to make institutional-quality investments accessible to individual physicians and engineers who want to start building wealth outside of Wall Street.
Multifamily investments typically begin making quarterly distributions within a few months of acquisition. Oil & gas partnerships can start producing monthly cash flow once wells are online. Both vary by deal, but the cadence of returns is a key difference between the two.
That skepticism is healthy. Many high earners feel targeted and don’t want to admit what they don’t know. At Kachura, every deal is one Dr. Haroon invests in personally. As a practicing physician, he applies the same rigor and caution to investing that he brings to medicine.
